Shri T.N. Ramkrishna, President of Rashtra Gaurava Samrakshana Parishath addressed students and teachers of Class 8 on August 1, 2019, speaking about the centenary celebration of the formation of the India Home Rule League of America by Lala Lajpat Rai who was residing in the USA from 1914 to 1919, and the 75th anniversary of the formation of the Provisional Azad Hind government by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in Singapore while he was in exile. The other members of Rashtra Gaurava Samrakshana Parishath who were present were B. Vasudev, editor of Vismaya Vani newspaper, G.J. Mehandare, G.P. Prakash and Prajwal E. Shri T.N. Ramkrishna reminded the students about all the freedom fighters who took part in the struggle for India’s independence. It was indeed an educative session for both teachers as well as students.
