A life endowed with the priceless gift of Amma’s divine blessings…
It is truly heart-warming and priceless when our thoughts and actions become noble and beautiful. “Vande Acharya Parampara” is one of the practices followed as part of Amritam Project, where the birthdays of our staff is celebrated in a very traditional manner. On July 13th, the teachers whose birthdays fell on that day were given a floral welcome followed by a short meditation session to nourish the divinity within.
Archana was performed to Amma’s Ashtothara by Principal Bri Anjali amma for the long life, prosperity, happiness and good health of the teachers, and to thank Amma for all the good things She has bestowed upon all of us, and for guiding us through the ups and downs of life. All the teaching and non-teaching staff prayed for ever lasting peace and happiness. A special arati, led by our Principal, was performed by the heads of each department to the birthday teachers with grace and devotion.
The celebration concluded with arati and distribution of prasadam to all the staff. A sumptuous lunch was also organized by the birthday teachers.
