The seventh International Yoga Day was celebrated online with great joy at home along with family, highlighting the necessity and benefits of yoga. Activities such as slogan writing, poster making and demonstration of yogasanas were performed with utmost interest and enthusiasm. Shri Kotreshappa, our administrator and yoga instructor guided students to perform asanas in a systematic manner. The program concluded with shanti mantras. Overall, it was an eye opener for everyone, inspiring them to practice yoga every day.
